Connecting the feed line

The connecting adaptor can be turned in
relation to the inflow direction:
– Remove the screws (notice O-ring and
washers of connecting adaptor)
– Place connecting adaptor into position
– Replace the screws and tighten
– Connect the inlet hose to any adaptor
inlet point by means of a hose clamp
(use the hose connectors supplied with
the unit)
– Check that the unused inlet points are
tightly plugged!
► NOTE
Shut off condensate drain outlet until the
oil-water separator has been installed and
is ready to be put into service!
Hoses must always be fixed in such a
manner that they do not make flapping
movements and lead to injuries and/or
damage.

Wastewater outlet

Attach the water outlet hoses to the water
outlet and to the service valve of the
ÖWAMAT and lead it to the wastewater
®
connection with a continuous downward
slope.
► NOTE
The service valve is closed during
operation.
Install a siphon to seal off odours.
ÖWAMAT with heating (optional)
®
Please follow the instructions for
installation and operation of heating
systems.
If the temperature of the medium drops
below approx. +5 °C, the heating will be
switched on automatically.
When the setpoint temperature of +15 °C
is attained, the heating will again be
switched off automatically.
Built-in overheating protection limits the
temperature of the heating system to a
maximum of +75 °C.

Raccorder l'amenée du condensat
En fonction de l'orientation de l'arrivée,
il est possible de tourner l'adaptateur de
raccordement :
– Retirer les vis (sur l'adaptateur de
raccordement, veiller au joint torique et
aux rondelles)
– Positionner l'adaptateur de raccordement
– Resserrer à nouveau les vis
– Raccorder le flexible d'amenée à
l'entrée choisie de l'adaptateur et le
maintenir à l'aide du collier (utiliser les
raccords pour flexible fournis)
– Vérifier que les raccords non utilisés
soient correctement fermés au moyen
d'obturateurs !
► REMARQUE
Fermer la sortie du purgeur de condensat
jusqu'à la fin de la mise en service !
Les flexibles doivent toujours être fixés
de façon à ce qu'ils ne puissent pas se
déplacer sous l'action d'un coup de bélier
et ne risquent pas de blesser quelqu'un
ou d'occasionner des dommages.

Ecoulement

Raccorder les flexibles d'écoulement
d'eau à la sortie d'eau épurée et à la
vanne de service de l'ÖWAMAT
poser avec une pente continue vers le
branchement de la canalisation.
► REMARQUE
La vanne de service est fermée pendant
l'utilisation du séparateur.
Utiliser un siphon pour éviter les
remontées d'odeurs.
ÖWAMAT avec système hors-gel
®
(en option)
Respecter les instructions de montage et
de service du système hors-gel !
Dès que la température du liquide chute à
une valeur inférieure à +5 °C, le chauffage
s'allume.
Dès qu'une température de consigne de
+15 °C est atteinte, le chauffage s'éteint
automatiquement.
Un dispositif intégré de protection
antisurchauffe limite la température du
chauffage à +75 °C maximum.

Toevoer aansluiten

In overeenstemming met de
toevoerrichting kunnen aansluitadapter
worden gedraaid:
– moeren verwijderen (bij aansluitadapter
met O-ring en onderlegringen rekening
houden)
– aansluitadapter/drukontlastingskamer
positioneren
– moeren weer aantrekken
– toevoerslang met slangklem aan
willekeurige adapteringang aansluiten
(ingesloten slangmondstukken
gebruiken)
– controleren dat vrije aansluitingen met
sluitstoppen dicht zijn vastge-schroefd!
► OPMERKING
Uitgang van de condensaatafleider
afsluiten zolang het toestel in gebruik is!
Slangen moeten altijd zo worden
bevestigd, dat deze geen zwiepende
bewegingen kunnen maken wat letsel of
schade tot gevolg kan hebben.

Afloop

Waterafvoerslang op de waterafvoer en
het service-ventiel van de ÖWAMAT
et les maken en met een zachte helling naar de
®
aansluiting van het afvalwater leiden.
► OPMERKING
Het service-ventiel is gesloten zolang het
toestel werkt.
Als stankafsluiter een sifon gebruiken.
ÖWAMAT
(als optie)
Ingesloten installatie- en
gebruiksaanwijzing van de verwarming
opvolgen!
Wanneer de temperatuur van het
medium daalt onder ca. +5 °C, wordt de
verwarming automatisch ingeschakeld.
Na het bereiken van een temperatuur van
+15 °C wordt de verwarming automatisch
uitgeschakeld.
Een ingebouwde bescherming tegen
oververhitting begrenst de temperatuur
van de verwarming op maximum +75 °C.
