The roller brush is entangled
by hairs.
There are some foreign objects
in the tube or the tube is
blocked.
Too much dirty water in the
dirty water tank.
The main suction opening is
blocked.
The power adapter is not
plugged into the electrical
outlet.
The power adapter is not
connected to the charging
base properly.
Solution
Reinstall the handle
assembly.
Fully charge the vacuum,
then continue to use it.
Recline the vacuum.
Reinstall or clean the roller
brush.
Reinstall the dirty water
tank.
Empty the dirty water tank.
Clean the filter.
Make sure the parts have
been installed in place
before use.
Refer to the maintenance
manual [Clean the Roller
Brush] section.
Clean the tube.
Empty the dirty water tank.
Clear any blockage in the
main suction opening.
Make sure the power
adapter is plugged in
properly.
Make sure they are
connected properly.
