Basic Salty batter
250g flour
1.5 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Mix flour, baking powder and salt with the eggs, the oil and the buttermilk into a smooth
dough.
Then add grated Parmesan to taste.
Bake in the Cake Bakery for 7 to 10min.
This basic dough can be varied with chopped olives, pickled peppers, dried Tomatoes or
some mozzarella.
Don't use ingredients with high water content and fry meat and vegetables in a pan before
adding it into the dough.
CLEANING
Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the appliance to cool down.
Wipe the outside with a slightly damped cloth, ensuring that no water penetrate inside.
Wipe the inside and the edges of the plate with a paper towel or a soft cloth.
Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this
will damage the non-stick coating.
Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
