Error messages

What are error messages
Error messages indicate an exceptional states (error) or
a malfunction of the coffee machine. The display will
indicate which part of the machine is causing the pro-
blem.
Handling system messages
Switch the machine off at the mains and wait about 1
minute before switching-on. Retry to obtain a product.
If the attempt is successful, you can continue to use
the machine in the normal way. If it is not successful,
jot down the error message, switch the machine off
and contact Customer Service.

Error messages
BP Piston Overcurrent
The current flow to the piston is too high.
Water piston error
There is a malfunction in the piston unit.
CP Piston Overcurrent
The current flow to the piston is too high.
Coffee piston error
Fault of coffee piston or the brewing unit.
Boiler Fill Error
The tea/steam boiler could not be refilled (in the time
setted).
Flowmeter Error
The flowmeter measures the water supply to the cof-
fee machine. In case it is not working correctly, this er-
ror message will appear.
Fuse Error
The fuse on the main board is defect.
Interface Error
If the coffee machine is bombined with a payment sys-
tem, this message will appear when the interface has
no more connection to the coffee machine.
Sensor 1 Error
This temperature sensor is to monitor the temperature
of the coffee boiler. In case there is no correct informa-
tion given to the control unit, this error will appear.
Sensor 2 Error
This temperature sensor is to monitor the temperature
of the steam boiler. In case there is no correct informa-
tion given to the control unit, this error will appear.
