Troubleshooting

Check some points before calling the customer service
When the machine is switched on, but it can not be dispensed any product, please check the following points:
1. Display: For all current operations of preparation of beverages as well as service and maintenance you get
the corresponding message in the touchscreen. The messages are described in the following chapter SYS-
TEM MESSAGES.
In case the information on the touchscreen does not give an advice to get the problem solved, go ahead and
check the points 2-6.
2. Fresh water: Make sure that the fresh water supply is assured. Check the water supply or the water tank.
3. Grounds drawer: Empty and clean the coffee grounds drawer. Confirm the emptying with the OK-button.
4. Front door: Is the front door properly closed?
5. Bean hopper: Make sure that the bean hopper is properly placed and that enough coffee beans are in there.
6. After starting or restarting the coffee machine ... be patient until the boilers are heated up. During the
heating time, no products may be dispensed.
• No solution! - Call the appropriate customer service!

System messages I

What are system messages
The system messages indicate the status of coffee ma-
chine. The display shall be based either on the entire
screen (fullscreen) or the two-line display box at the
top of the touchscreen.
There are two kinds of system messages.
With the „blocking messages" product dispensing is
blocked. Before you dispense any further drinks you
have to follow the instructions on the screen. In additi-
on, there is the category of „informational messages".
Dispensing is allowed. The message should not be ig-

nored. Solve the problem as soon as possible.

Handling system messages

If the coffee machine screen indicates that the ma-
chine is heating up, wait a moment until the corres-
ponding element has reached its necessary operating
temperature.
In the case of all other messages, follow the instruc-
tions given further.
