Mount voltage regulator VR1 type 7809. Make sure that the metal
side of the regulator corresponds to the thick line on the print.
Mount screw connectors J1 to J3. First slide these three screw
connectors into one another.
Mount relay RY1.
Build and install coil L1:
- Cut off 15cm of the supplied end of copper wire.
- Make 10 windings (against each other) around a 2mm drill bit
(see Fig. 1.0).
- Shorten the connections and remove the varnish with a knife
(see Fig. 1.1).
- Mount the coil in position L1.
Build and install coil L2:
- Find a round object or use a 14 of 15mm drill bit.
- Make one winding as in Fig. 2.1.
- Shorten the connections and remove the varnish as in Fig. 2.2.
- Mount the coil in position L2.
Connect a piece of insulated wire (+/- 27cm long) to the ANT
connection (this is the receiving antenna).
Mount the IC's in their sockets:
- IC1 type MM53200 with the stud towards T6.
- IC2 type 4013 with the stud towards the edge of the print.
- IC3 type 40106 with the stud towards the edge of the print.
TEST AND CONNECTION
Temporarily connect LED LD1 to points C (shorter connection)
