Settings menu for "Manual+time mode"

If initial flow is switched on, the air purifier will start the running before the actual switch-
on time: if, for example, the switch-on time is set for 6:00 am with 5 minutes of initial flow
time, the air purifier will start at 5:55 am.
After the switch-off time, Miele ThermoControl is started with a running time of
20 minutes. This is followed by a 10-minute fan run-on phase.
