Explanation of signs
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates important information in
these operating instructions. Please read the operating instructions
through completely before putting the device into operation. They
contain important information for correct operation.
The lightning symbol in a triangle warns you against unprotected
live components or elements inside the housing. Contact with these
components or elements can be fatal.
The warranty will lapse for damage cause by non-compliance with
these operating instructions. We shall not be liable for any conse-
quential damage.
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or personal
injury caused by incorrect handling or non-compliance with the
safety instructions. The warranty will lapse in these cases.
• For safety and approval (CE) reasons, unauthorised conversion and/or modifica-
tions to the product are not permitted.
• The device is manufactured according to protection class 1. Only an approved,
earthed mains socket (230 V~/50 Hz) connected to the public supply grid may be
used as a source of power.
• If the power line is damaged, do not touch it. First of all cut off the power supply
to the relevant mains socket (e.g. via the circuit breaker) and then pull the mains
plug carefully out of the mains socket. Do not operate the appliance any more.
Take it to a specialist workshop.
• All persons operating, installing, setting up, commissioning or servicing this fog
machine must be trained and qualified correspondingly and observe these oper-
ating instructions.
• The device must be disconnected from mains voltage when not in use. Pull the
mains plug! If you cannot access the mains plug due to installation, for example,
you have to disconnect all poles from the mains.
• Consult qualified staff, if you have doubts about how the equipment operates or
about how to connect it safely.
• This device is not a toy and should be kept out of the reach of children. Children
do not understand how dangerous electrical devices can be. Therefore, keep chil-
dren away from the device.
