Preparing Espresso

CAUTION: Do not leave the appliance unattended during use, as it requires
manual operation.
WARNING: To avoid burns, do not touch the metal parts of the appliance
with bare hands during operation. The metal parts of the appliance are hot
during operation. Always grip the metal parts by the handle, knob or lever.

to turn off the appliance.

Remove the water tank from the appliance.

Fill it with water. The water level must not exceed the MAX mark.

Carefully reinsert the tank into the appliance.

Make sure that the steam knob is at position 0 and the button
accidental scalding.
