INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF THE AIR REGULATOR
1.
Use the hose provided for the gas by sealing the inlet and outlet terminals with the clamps also included.
2.
Connect the regulator seal to the installation located on the regulator.
3.
Fix the bracket with screws in the air regulator place located on the back of the machine.
4.
Remove the nuts and fix the air regulator as shown in the picture.
5.
Air circulation: place the air regulator switch upwards and adjust the air valve as indicated.
6.
Install the pressure gauge at the middle inlet of the regulator as shown in the picture. The regulation of the
air that the meter must show is shown in the drawing, 4 Kgflcm2 (0.4Mpa).
7.
When the filter bottle has too much water, open the valve to let it out.
Remember:

Make sure that the function change switch on the control panel is on the CUT position.

The cut-off limit for the CT416 is 40%.

OPERATION
TIG FUNCTION
1.
Set the switch on the back of the machine to the "ON" position, it will turn on the pilot light, and the fan
will start working.
2.
Turn the switch and place it in TIG mode.
3.
Open the argon gas regulator valve and adjust the flow volume to the necessary nominal value.
4.
The electromagnetic valve works once the button on the torch is pressed and then you can hear the sound
of the electricity release while the gas flows from the torch nozzle. Remember: for the first welding please
press the button of the torch for a few seconds, wait for all the air to come out from inside; then you
can start welding. When finished welding, argon gas will continue to flow from the inside to protect the
welding point before it cools. So hold the torch in the direction of the work piece for a few seconds after
the work is finished.
5.
Adjust the proper current of the welder according to the thickness of the work piece and to the technical
requirements.
