For bit programming, add the individual values for each bit and
program the result as the function value in the respective CV.
Example:
CV49 "LGB configuration" with parallel function triggering (0),
digital Back-EMF on (2), analog Back-EMF on (4) and no
interface/with DCC interface (0): 0+2+4+0=6. Therefore,
function value "6" is programmed in CV49.
