Fitting kit
- 1 fitting bracket
- 1 screw BHc 6×15 (big head)
- 1 plastic washer Ø6
- 2 washers M5 L
- 1 nut Ø5
Fitting instructions
- Put the scooter on the central stand.
- Remove the drive belt cover and the bracket which holds the rear brake cable.
- Fit the provided bracket and threaded fastener as shown on the picture 1. Then replace the bracket which holds the
rear brake cable.
- Drill the drive belt casing according to the photo 2 (one Ø6 hole).
- Put the rear hugger in position and then attach it using the screws provided. The screw BHc 5×15 (little head), the 2
washers M5 L and the nut Ø5 are placed at the left hand side (1 washer on each side from the rear hugger). The
screw BHc 5×15 (big head) and the plastic washer Ø5 are placed at the right hand side, in the fastener. Do not fully
tighten the screws on the right hand side at this stage.
- Center the rear hugger by using the play on the right hand side and then screw definitively when the rear hugger is
in position. Replace the drive belt cover.

* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our
painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with original
tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
