It is important to clean the microwave after each use, as the food residuals that deposit inside the
oven may cause fire hazard when switching on the microwave.
In case of humidity, it is possible to observe vapour deposit on the unit after use. In this case dry
the oven's surface with a soft cloth. Glass tray, roller ring and grill rack may be washed with warm
water and mild detergent or in the dishwasher. To eliminate bed smells, use lemon juice diluted in
water or in a neutral detergent. Dry thoroughly any part of the microwave before using it again.
Before calling customer service
1. In case the microwave doesn't operate normally or its operating is discontinuous:

Check the power cord is correctly plugged into the main socket. If not, unplug it and wait for
10 seconds before plugging it again.
•
Make sure the circuit breaker is on.
•
Check the power rating of the socket.
2. In case the microwave doesn't work:
•
Check you have set the timer.
•
Check the door is properly closed.
If the interior light needs to be replaced refer to an Authorized Service Centre only.
