Situation
Power lamp off, does
not work.
Power lamp on, no

The unit is new.
The water is dirty or stayed

kept too long in the tank.
Solution
Connect power supply, switch on.
Fill in the water tank.
Wait until the relative humidity
decreases or increase the
expected hygrometry on the unit.
On a new device, open the water
tank and leave it aerated for 12
hours. On a used device, the smell
is due to stagnant or dirty water.
Clean the tank and the housing
thoroughly and replace the water.
Pull out some water from the base,
close the cover of water tank
tightly.
Pull out some water from the base,
clean water tank, change to fresh
clear water.
