After cooling completely, wipe the bowl
with a clean cloth.
Tips for cleaning greasy products
After using fatty products (eg beeswax or
cocoa butter), the bowl may be difficult to
clean. To make cleaning easier, start by removing
excess product from the walls. Restart a hot
program if necessary to melt the residue, then
wipe the walls with a rag or paper towel while the
bowl is still hot. Clean the bowl in very hot water
with soap.

● The bowl can be cleaned in the dishwasher
with its protective sleeve.
● Remove
thoroughly clean the underside of the mixer.
● Wash the bowl, mixers and lid with hot soapy
water. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
● Never clean the base or the cord with water
(risk of electrocution)
