Determination of the Rotary
Field
The phase sequence of the three phases pre-
sent determines the rotary direction of the
motor connected.
The correct phase sequence L1, L2, L3 re-
sults in a clockwise rotation.
The rotary field indicator BEHA-AMPRO-
BEDR 100 check the presence of all three
phases an indicates the phase sequence di-
rection.
Connection of Rotary Field Indicator:
If the indication isn't clear or differs
from the table, the connection must be
checked.
For phase sequence determination con-
nect the three clamps L1, L2, L3 in any
order to the three phase system.
Glow lamp (4) is illuminated for a clock-
wise rotary field.
Glow lamp (3) is illuminated, exchange
two connections.
