HAND MIXER
IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES
Before putting an electric product into operation you should adhere to basic provisions, including the
following:
1.
Read all instructions.
2. Before use check that the voltage in your power socked corresponds to the voltage on the label located
on the underside of the product.
3.
Do not use the product if the power cord is damaged, if it is malfunctioning, if you have dropped it or
in any other way damaged it. Take the product to the nearest authorised service centre, where it will be
inspected, and electrical or mechanical parts will be repaired or modifi ed.
4. If you are not using the product, before installation or disassembly of parts and before cleaning,
disconnect it from the power socket by pulling out the power plug!
5.
Do not leave the cord hanging over a table edge or shelf and don't place it on a hot surface.
6. Do not place either the mixer itself or the cord in water, because you could expose yourself to a risk of
electrical shock.
7.
If the product is used by children or incompetent persons, then supervision is necessary.

8. Avoid contact with moving parts. Do not touch the whisks during operation with your hands, a wipe or
other kitchen utensils, you will reduce the risk of injury and/or damage to the mixer.
9.
Before cleaning disassemble all accessories from the mixer (whisks, mixing attachment). Wipe the
powering unit only using a damp cloth and then wipe dry.
10. Turn off the product before changing accessories or coming near parts that move during operation.
11. Do not use the product for purposes other than those here specifi ed.
12. Do not use outdoors.
13. Store this user's guide.
14. This product is not designed to be used by persons (including children), who are due to their physical,
sense or mental inability or insuffi cient experience or knowledge prevented from safely using the
product, if they are not under supervision or if they were not instructed about the use of this product by
a person responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the product.
BEFORE YOU PUT THE MIXER INTO OPERATION
Before using the hand mixer check that the power plug on the power cord is disconnected from the power
socket and that the speed switch is in the whisk disengage position.
1.
Choose the desired accessories – this depends on the desired type of mixing:
The whisks are designed for processing batter, egg whites, cream, mayonnaise and purée. The are also
very useful for mixing / kneading of sauces and pudding powder mixes.
The kneading hooks are designed for preparing yeast or puff dough.
Using the hooks you can also easily and quickly prepare potato dough for dumplings and hash brown
mixes.
2. Installation of the whisks / kneading hooks
A) Insert the whisk into the small opening.
B) Install the hooks as follows: insert the hook with the washer into the larger opening and the other
into the smaller opening.
It is not possible to install the hooks in the opposite confi guration. (see pic. 1 point 3)
NOTE: Make sure that the whisks or hooks are fully inserted into the correct openings, otherwise the mixing
results could be aff ected.
NOTE: You can always only use a single accessory at a time.
