has been glued onto the panel. (see fig. 7.1)
- Set the house in a vertical position and place the self-adhesive film in the
correct position on the front panel.
- Temporarily attach the film on one side of the front panel using a piece of
adhesive tape. Remove the protective sheet on the other side and glue the
film onto the front panel.
- Remove the adhesive tape and the protective sheet on the other side and
glue this side onto the front panel as well.
- Mount the mains switch in the front panel (cut the self-adhesive film), or if
wanted mount the mains switch at the right side in the rear panel (hole to be
cut by yourself) see fig 5.0.
- Mount both transformers on the bottom plate of the house in such a way,
that the connections are on the back side. The transformers are secured
using a central bolt, a rubber plate on the bottom side and a rubber plate +
metal plate on the top side.
WIRING
- Place the back panel on the back side, without securing it.
ATTENTION: All wires should be bound together using the supplied wire
wraps, and then placed in the centre of the house, above the transformers.
1) Wiring the speaker outputs for stereo use (Fig. 8.0):
NOTE: All connections must be made using 1.5mm wire.
- Connect a piece of blue wire between the "-LS" print pin of the right hand
amplifier and the black right hand speaker terminal.
- Connect a piece of red wire in the same way between the "+LS" print pin
and the red speaker terminal.
The other amplifier is connected to the left speaker terminals in the same way.
2) Wiring the speaker outputs when using the bridge configuration (Fig. 8.1):
- The amplifier in which R45A is not fitted and R46 is a jumper (see mounting
procedure for the resistors) will be referred to as amplifier "B".
- The amplifier where all components are fitted in the normal way, will be
referred to as amplifier "A".
- In amplifier "B" the jumper JG MUST be cut through.
- Using a wire of at least 2.5mm (or two 1.5mm wires), connect the points
BGND (next to the rectifier) of amplifier "A" to the same point BGND of
amplifier "B".
- Using a screened wire, connect the points "GND" (earth or screen) and
"Bout" of amplifier "A" to the points "GND" and "Bin" of amplifier "B" (see
Fig. 5.0).
ATTENTION: VERY CAREFULLY check whether the "GND" connections
are
