Problem Solution
When using the curling attachments or
the slide-on brush, do not make the
locks too thick. The thinner the lock of
hair, the tighter the curl will be. When
using the crimping/straightening
attachment, make sure the locks are
no wider than 5 to 6 cm for a good
result.
Perhaps you didn't leave the styling
attachment in your hair long enough.
Keep the styler in your hair for 5 to
10 seconds, depending on the
thickness of your hair.
