8) Installing the axle measurement software
Make sure that the COM and USB cable of the electric sheet
are connected to the PC.
Close all open or running programs. Load the CD 1 987 009
AS6N or – if the CD is still in the CD drive – open the drive
and close it again with the CD. The installation routine starts-
up automatically. Follow the instructions on the screen:
9) Basic adjustments upon installation
You have installed the axle measurement software and star-
ted the program.
The startup screen is displayed. Start from this page and click on:
Service Programs, enter the password
„nussbaum" and confirm with Enter.

Select Sensor Heads, Type of Sensors, Ra-
dio Device (the selected option is shown in
red).
Select System, Select Alt+Tab , Enabled ,
enter Password: „ALTTAB" and confirm. In
this way, the user may switch between run-
ning programs with the Windows key combi-
nation „Alt" und „Tab" or open other pro-
grams with a Windows key.
Select Config. Hardware, Sensors, and the
related COM Port (displayed red).
After completing the adjustments, click on
until the startup screen is displayed again.
The axle measurement software automatically installs an Auto-
start, i.e. each time you start-up your PC the axle measurement
software is also automatically started. If you do not wish an
Autostart of the measurement software we recommend to delete
the axle measurement software from the Autostart folder.
