A. How to choose the strainers (See Fig 1):
Coarse Strainer (Nylon material) is used for juicing soft fruit(Strawberry, Kiwi fruit & tomato etc) or sticky
materials(Bananas).
Fine Strainer is used for juicing some hard fruit, such as beans and vegetables with fibres, such as apples,
carrots, pears etc.
Blank Strainer is used for grinding dry hard food material(Coffee beans, almonds etc). It can be also able to
make frozen ice cream fruit.
B. Extra information:
Tofu box: Include rectangle box, fabric cloth and lid, it is used to make fresh tofu at home. First, laid the
fabric cloth inside of the rectangle box, then poured the tofu mixture onto the fabric cloth after it was
processed by the slow juicer. At last press the lip on to it.
Juice tap: It can be fixed onto the juice outlet, simply close the tap while juicing until the juicing bowl is
approximately 1/2 full. The Juice tap can also be effect on reducing froth and foaming in some juice & self
clean.
