Functional description

MyControl is a system for control of metering units and supply of wash tunnels and/or
automatic washing machines.
The maximum configuration level can control the following components:
n 16 Automatic washing machines
n 2 Tunnels
n 24 Dosing pumps
n 2 Main metering units
The following metering units can be connected:
n Pumps
n Desamix
n Compaktomix
n Stock washing liquor
The "base" version can control and process the following components:
n 2 automatic washing machines
(signal transfer via mini-terminal or 4 "Machine timeout" signals/machine)
n 5 pumps with empty signal
n 3 dispensing lines with water valves
n Output alarm (light and horn signal)
The control can get "customer-specific" upgrades with additional installation of input and
output modules (see Ä Chapter 5.1.3 'Control Upgrades' on page 24).
