- Page 2 3D Hair Clipper adapts to the contours of your head and enables comfortable use. To enjoy using the Philips 3D Hairclipper for a long time, we advise you to read the following information. In the enclosed booklet 'Modelling and Styling' and on the interactive instruction CD-ROM you can find instructions and many useful tips on how to achieve the haircut you want.
- Page 3 ENGLISH Insert the appliance plug into the appliance. Insert the mains plug into the wall socket. The pilot light will go on to indicate that the appliance is charging. This appliance is suitable for a mains voltage of 230V. Only use the cord supplied with the appliance. Do not charge the appliance for more than 24 hours.
- Page 4 ENGLISH Slide the comb holder into the guiding grooves of the appliance until you hear a click. Make sure that the holder is fully slotted into the grooves on both sides. Set the comb to the desired hair length by turning the hair length adjustment ring (Precision Zoom Lock`) to the right or to the left until the comb has been set to the desired hair length.
- Page 5 The appliance does not need any lubrication. Replacement A worn or damaged cutting unit should only be replaced with an original Philips cutting unit. Open the cutting unit by applying pressure in the centre and then remove it by pulling it upwards.
- Page 6 Do not throw the battery away with the normal household waste but dispose of it at an official collection point. You can also take the appliance to a Philips service centre, where staff will be happy to help you remove the battery and dispose of it in an environmentally safe way.

- Page 9 FRANÇAIS Charge Chargez l'appareil 12 heures au moins avant la première utilisation. Assurez-vous que l'appareil soit éteint lors de la charge. Insérez le connecteur dans l'appareil. Insérez la fiche dans la prise de courant. Le témoin lumineux s'allumera pour indiquer que l'appareil est en charge.
- Page 10 FRANÇAIS Réglages de la hauteur de coupe La hauteur de coupe est indiquée en millimètres sur le guide de coupe. Hauteur des cheveux restant après la coupe. - Le petit guide de coupe correspond à une hauteur de 3 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm or 21 mm.

Create your own hairstyle at home, whenever you want! In the directions for use you can read how to charge, use, clean and store your clipper.
