Maintenance

Properly-performed regular maintenance is an essential pre-requisite for
• safe operation,
• faulty-free operation,
• long service life of the polishing machine and
• the quality of the products you manufacture.
Installation and equipment from other manufacturers must also be in top condition.

The consequences of incorrect maintenance and repair work may include:
• very serious injury to employees working on the polishing machine
• damage caused to the polishing machine
Only qualified staff should carry out maintenance and repair work on the polishing
machine.
Preparation
WARNING!
Only carry out work on the polishing machine if it has been unplugged from the mains
power supply.
Restarting
Before restarting, run a safety check.

Before activating the polishing machine, double check that this will not

Inspection and maintenance
