Handling
Use the polishing machine only under the following conditions:
•
The polishing machine is in proper working condition.
•
The polishing machine is used as prescribed.
•
The instruction manual has been followed.
•
All safety devices are installed and activated.
All malfunctions should be eliminated immediately. Stop the machine immediately if there is any
malfunction in operation and make sure it cannot be started up accidentally or without authoriza-
tion.
Notify the person responsible immediately of any modification.
Before starting the working process
Before you start polishing, always check that the piece is free of oil, grease and remains of
paint. This will reduce smearing respectively impurification of the polishing wheels.
During work
Avoid overheating of the polishing machine.
Apply only slight pressure to the workpiece.
If a polishing wheel has become very dirty, then it has to be exchanged.
Respect the environment when disposing of polishing wheels.
