on the rating plate is the same as
your supply voltage. The machine
may only be connected to an
earthed socket.
• Using the machine be careful not
to damage the power supply cable.
• It is forbidden to use and pick up
explosive or inflammable or corrosi-
ve liquids.
• Caution: before cleaning the ma-
chine or removing either water tanks,
squeegee assembly or pads/brushes,
please ensure the machine is
disconnected at the mains.
• CIMEL Srl cannot accept respon-
sability for damage to things or
people due to the wrong use of the

MACHINE ASSEMBLY
Take the machine out of packing, set
the handle on the side brackets and
fix with the winged screw in the midd-
le (drg. 1), connect the PVC solution
pipe and set the upper handle tube.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Floorwashing and removal of dirty
water
Before starting, remove all dirt on
the floor, then:
• set the two brushes (drg. 2)
• set the squeegee keeping the
lever for height adjustment in posi-
tion Π(drg. 3), press the squeegee
and lock it by taking the lever in
position 1 (drg. 4).
In position 1 we have the maximum
suction, in position 2 minimum suc-
tion.
In position Πthe squeegee is
unlocked .
• Fill the solution tank with clean
water and cleaner solution (do not
use acid cleaners), do not fill it
completely: insert tank into lower
tank seating and hook the rod to
the upper lift fork (drg. 6- 12).
• Lock the tank lowering and twi-
sting the top sleeve coupling (drg.
7-8).
• Insert the plug into the electrical
outlet, depress the pedal on the
right of the machine and pull
towards you the command handle
to start the machine (drg. 10).
Start washing, let flow enough fluid
to wet the floor by depressing the
liquid discharge lever (drg. 9): wash
the room as showed (drg. 11).
The machine dries the floor only
proceeding on.
In case of too little or too much
quantity of fluid adjust the valve
collar flange (drg. 12).
Waste water is stored in the waste
water tank in the back of the
machine.
!
The waste water tank must be clea-
ned before it is fully filled up (drg.
13) in order to avoid liquid spread
which can damage suction fans.
USAGE
Washing of dirty surfaces
Very dirty floors should be washed in
two times.
Proceed as follow:
• Set the lever in position 2 to
prevent the squeegee to touch the
floor (drg. 14)
• Wash the floor with a lot of
detergent liquid (drg. 10)
• Set the lever on position 1 to lower
the squeegee, and go on pouring
out clean water to rinse.
The machine will now take up all the
residue leaving the floor dry and clean.
Daily washing
Wash the floor with the squeegee
set and the lever on position 1 the
machine washes and collects dirty
water, drying the floor.
Carpet washing
You need two clear bristle brushes
with white disks, steel roller squee-
gee.
Before washing the carpet, clean it
with a carpet vacuum.
• Set carpet brushes (drg. 15)
• Replace the rubber squeegee
with the steel roller squeegee
(drg. 15) and lock it with the lever in
position 2.
• Fill the tank with water and sham-
poo to create much foam during the
washing up, put into the waste water
tank, before the washing, some
drops of an anti-foam product.
• To avoid a great friction due to
dry brushes, which can damage
the driving belt, before starting the
machine let flow the liquid to wet
the brushes (drg.16).
• Start washing as pointed in
"FLOOR WASHING", wait for some
hours to have the carpet fully dried
up: if necessary use the carpet
vacuum to recover dry foam.
Floor polishing
These floor-washers can polish with
wax any floor.
• wax by hand only a per fectly
dried floor.
• take the waste water tank and
the suction squeegee out

polishing, replace the black bristles
brushes with pad holders with yel-

obtain a bright mirror finish.
