7 TROUBLESHOOTING

7.1 CAPACITY TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM

OBSERVATION
Dry air outlet duct is cold.

SOLUTION
Check rotor rotation.
Check process fan.
Check setpoint and humidistat, if installed.
Check condenser for blockage.
Check condensate outlet and hoose for blockage.
Check condensate hoose length and height, max. 20 m in lenght and 2 m in height
from the drip pan.
Check for water in the condensate removal pump for any blockage or component
failure.
Check control thermostat.
Check regeneration heater operation.
Check regeneration fan or 24VDC transformer.
Check level switch.
Check and replace fuse.
Check rotor rotation.
Check if the unit is levelled.
