INSTALLATION

The installation and modifications must be done by
an approved professional.
Please ensure that during installation there are a
sufficient amount of thermometers and room for
insulation when connecting pipes.
The basic diagram of installation diagram is
shown below.

OPERATION

After the installation you must remember:
•
Bleeding
•
Check that the safety valve is functioning
•
Check the preliminary pressure in the expan-
sion vessel
•
Check all connections and gaskets for water-
tightness
•
Check that gauges, thermostats, and safety
devices are functioning
When filling up the system you should remem-
ber that cold water expands when heated. Over-
flow pipes should be structured so that the flowing
water does not cause humidity damage. System
pressure must not exceed the structural pressure
indicated on the accumulator tank plate. Insulation
should be performed after all joints have been
checked, and the device serviceability must be
taken into account during insulation.
Expansion vessel volume should be:
• When using electricity, wood, or peat: 8 – 10 %
of overall volume.
• When using oil or ground source heat: 5 % of the
overall water volume.
NOTE: When draining the system, you must
take care that the accumulator tank receives
unrestricted replacement air!
The installation company must ensure that the
operator receives the necessary operating instruc-
tions for the device. At the end of this manual,
there is the commissioning and inspection certifi-
cate which the installer MUST COMPLETE after
the training. We recommend that all system com-
ponents are marked with, for example, clear labels
so that the operator recognises them.
