c) Continuous: the unit works continuously, independent of the air humidity in the
room.
OPERATION
1.
Ensure that the control button is in the Off position.
2.
Insert the plug into the wall socket.
3.
Ensure that the water reservoir is placed in the unit in the correct manner. If light 2
in the display switches on during the start-up, remove the water reservoir from the
unit and then put it back. Check that the light switches off. Repeat these actions if
the light does not switch off.
4.
Switch the control button (4) to the desired humidity. The most commonly chosen
position is normal.
5.
When the set humidity has been achieved, the de-humidifier stops automatically.
6.
When the humidity in the room exceeds the set humidity, the de-humidifier starts
automatically.
7.
Set the control button (4) to continuous in order to operate the humidifier
continuously, regardless of the humidity in the room.
WATER DRAINAGE
When the water reservoir is full, light 2 switches on and the de-humidifier switches off
automatically. Empty the reservoir and then put it back into position in the correct manner.
The device will then restart automatically.
If desired, it is possible to connect a drainage hose to the device for permanent water
drainage. Take the following actions:
1.
Remove the cap
2.
Remove the rubber stop behind the cap.
3.
Connect a drainage hose to the water drainage hole of the device. Ensure that the
hose is firmly connected and does not leak.
4.
Lead the water hose to a drain or another point suitable for the drainage of water.
5.
Ensure that the water hose runs down. So not as shown in illustrations 6 and 7.
6.
When the permanent drain is no longer in use, remove the hose and insert the
rubber plug. Then put the sealing cap back on to the unit.
