Functioning
4.1
Start charging process
To start the charging process, connect the charger to the battery and then to the mains supply. The charger automatically
starts charging and performs the charging process independently.
If necessary, with a lithium-ion battery, press any button on the battery to activate the battery or use the charger's wake-up
function.
4.2
Wake-Up function (acitvate lithium ion battery, battery dependent)
Press the pause button in the "battery missing" state (white LED lights up continuously) to output a voltage at the charger
output. This allows the lithium-ion battery to be activated if necessary.
Pause function
4.3
The charge can be paused briefly by pressing the pause button
mains supply and the battery can then be disconnected from the charger. Charging is continued by pressing the button
again or automatically after one minute without pressing the button if the battery is still connected to the charger.
4.4
Stop charging process
When the battery is 100% charged, the charger automatically stops charging and the green LED "100%" lights up. If
battery balancing is then requested from the lithium-ion battery (battery dependent), the LED ">80%" lights up in addition to
the LED "100%". Shortly after the end of charging, the lithium-ion battery switches off automatically if necessary, thus
disconnecting the connection to the charger. In this case the charger switches to the "battery missing" state. The white
LED on the charger lights up continuously.
Before disconnecting the battery from the charger, the charger must first be disconnected from the mains supply!
