ADJUSTING THE SIDE PROTECTORS
The 'Linear Side-impact Protection' (L.S.P.) is built into
the car seat. This system enhances the safety of your
child in the event of a side crash. In order to achieve the
best possible protective effect, unfold the L.S.P. towards
the vehicle door closest to the car seat. To release the
L.S.P. press the marked area (15) in front of the L.S.P.
If it's not possible to completely unfold the L.S.P. with
a closed vehicle door, you may as well use the car seat
with a closed L.S.P.
NOTE! Ensure that the L.S.P. locks in place.
In order to push back the L.S.P. into the seat, push
the strut of the L.S.P. and fold it, until it locks with an
audible 'CLICK'.
NOTE! If installing the car seat on a middle vehicle seat,
you must not fold out either of the two Linear Side-
impact Protections (L.S.P.).

WARNING! The folded out Linear Side-impact
Protection (L.S.P.) does not function as a handle
or for fastening the car seat.
REGOLAZIONE DELLE PROTEZIONI LATERALI
La "Linear Side-impact Protection" (sistema L.S.P.) è in-
tegrata nel seggiolino. Questo sistema migliora la sicu-
rezza del vostro bambino in caso di incidente laterale.
Per ottenere il miglior effetto protettivo possibile, aprire
l'L.S.P. verso la portiera del veicolo più vicina al seggio-
lino. Per sbloccare l'L.S.P. premere l'area contrassegnata
(15) davanti all'L.S.P. Se non è possibile aprire comple-
tamente l'L.S.P. con uno sportello chiuso, si può usare il
seggiolino anche con un L.S.P. chiuso.
NOTA: assicurarsi che l'L.S.P. si blocchi in posizione.
Per spingere indietro l'LSP nel sedile, premere il montante
dell'L.S.P. e piegarlo fino a quando non si blocca
con un "CLIC" udibile.
NOTA: Quando il seggiolino viene installato nel sedile
centrale del veicolo non deveo essere estratte le prote-
zioni laterali (L.S.P).

ATTENZIONE! E' assolutamente vietato utilizzare
le protezioni L.S.P. in estensione per trasportare o
allacciare il seggiolino.
