THE KHYAM RIDGI-DOME ERECTION
INSTRUCTIONS.
Erecting The main Structure And Bedroom Sections.
MAIN DOME ERECTION
1/ Remove your KHYAM Ridgi-dome from its
Valise (FIG 1) and spread out in a star shape on the
ground (See FIG 2).
At this point please note that each of the four
main poles has three joints. The upper and lower
joints are locked and unlocked manually whilst
the joint in the middle of the upper and lower joints will lock
and unlock automatically.

All the joints on the Ridgi-dome system have been
tested for their durability and strength.
However never force any of the joints, if they are
stiff or will not fold ensure that you are (a) placing
both material and frame joints as the top joints.
(see FIG 3) (b) folding the pole in the correct direction
( c ) the pole joint itself is free from mud/grass and
any object that might impair its movement.

2/ Ensure that no material is trapped in the central
hub and that the fabric is free to move up and down
the poles, with one hand lift the central hub upwards to waist
height as shown in FIG 3. At this point please check that no
material is trapped in any of the joints, it is advisable to check
the central hub for trapped fabric again.

3/ Taking hold of the second pole from the central hub lift
upwards to reveal the automatic joint as shown in FIG 4
