setting will hold a

Cast iron cookware has superior heat
distribution and retention. Always use a
potholder or insulated glove when han-
dling cast iron dish when hot.
The pumpkin dish is cast from molten
iron in a sand mold and layered with
durable enamel finish. Each sand mold
is used once. Small irregularities due to
this traditional casting technique and
hand finishing will not affect the cooking
performance of this cast iron cookware.
