Secure the outlet box directly to the building structure. The outlet box and its support must be able to support the moving weight of the fan (at least 35 lbs.). To avoid personal injury, the use of gloves may be necessary while handling fan parts with sharp edges.

Place motor on carpet or on foam to avoid damage to finish. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. - Page 6 INITIAL INSTALLATION Determine mounting method to use. A. Standard mount B. Angle mount Note: Flushmount and closemount options are not available for this fan. INITIAL INSTALLATION 14. Install hanging ball of downrod (A) into opening of mounting bracket (C). Align one of the slots in hanging ball with the tab in mounting bracket (C). DANGER: Failure to align slot in hanging ball with the tab in mounting bracket (C) may result in serious injury or death. -

WIRING GROUND (GREEN OR BARE) 1. Make the necessary wiring connections for WHITE SUPPLY WIRE remote control operation as detailed below and GROUND (GREEN OR BARE) BLACK SUPPLY WIRE in the figure. FINAL INSTALLATION 1. Lift canopy (B) to mounting bracket (C) again, aligning slotted holes in canopy (B) with loosened canopy mounting screws (G) in mounting bracket (C). Twist canopy (B) clockwise to lock. Re-insert the two canopy mounting washers (F) and canopy mounting screws (G) previously removed (Step 4, page 6) and tighten all canopy mounting screws (G) securely. - Page 14 FINAL INSTALLATION Carefully arrange wiring within the LED light kit. Align slotted holes in LED light kit (K) with loosened screws in fitter plate. Twist LED light kit (K) to lock. Insert fitter plate screw (BB) from hardware contents and tighten all three fitter plate screws (BB) and (S) with a Phillips screwdriver.

Placez le moteur sur un tapis ou une surface en mousse afin d’éviter d’endommager son fini. - Page 25 INSTALLATION INITIALE Retirez six vis de moteur (H), six rondelles de blocage (vue de (I) et six rondelle plate (J) de la partie supérieure dessus) du boîtier du moteur (D). Retirez la pellicule protectrice à les pales (N). Placez une pale (N) sur le dessus du boîtier du moteur (D), alignez les trous de la pale (N) sur les trous du boîtier du moteur (D).

Serrez les vis de calage, puis serrez les écrous. Faites glisser le couvercle du raccord (E) vers le bas pour le déposer sur le dessus du boîtier du moteur (D).

CÂBLAGE MISE À LA TERRE Effectuez les branchements du câblage nécessaires FIL D’ALIMENTATION BLANC (VERT OU DÉNUDÉ) au fonctionnement de la télécommande, comme MISE À LA TERRE indiqué ci-dessous et illustré dans la figure. Pour FIL D’ALIMENTATION NOIR (VERT OU DÉNUDÉ) chacun des branchements, utilisez l’un des capuchons BLEU de connexion fournis avec l’ensemble de contrôle... - Page 30 CÂBLAGE Enroulez du ruban isolant (non inclus) autour de chaque capuchon de connexion, jusqu’au fil. INSTALLATION DÉFINITIVE Soulevez le couvercle (B) jusqu’à la hauteur du support de fixation (C) et alignez les trous du couvercle (B) sur les vis de montage du couvercle (G) desserrées du support de fixation (C). Faites tourner le couvercle (B) pour le verrouiller, puis installez les deux rondelles de montage du couvercle (F) et... - Page 32 INSTALLATION DÉFINITIVE Disposez soigneusement les câbles à l’intérieur de l’ensemble de luminaire à DEL (K). Si cela n’est pas souhaitable, coupez l’alimentation de tout autre récepteur ou ventilateur depuis l’interrupteur mural. Retirez le couvercle du compartiment à piles à l’arrière de l’émetteur de l’ensemble de contrôle à distance (P). -
