HOW TO INSERT THE GAS BOTTLE

This appliance is designed to use a single type of gas bottle authorized by the
manufacturer. Use of any other gas bottle will invalidate the warranty and can make the
appliance unsafe. The gas bottle may contain one of three types of pressurized gas, according
to need. The available gases are nitrogen, argon, and an argon + carbon dioxide mixture.
Due to the high initial pressure (110 bar), the gas bottles must be handled with care and
kept away from sources of heat.
The appliance may be delivered with the first gas bottle already inserted.

 With the appliance switched on, open the gas
bottle cover.
 With the appliance on and the red LED
lighted, insert the gas bottle and screw it down
onto the fitting; carry out this operation accurately
and rapidly. NOTE: FOR CORRECT BOTTLE
TIGHTENING, screw the gas bottle down into
its seat until the red LED
Once the red LED has gone out, rotate the
bottle about 1/8 turn more. WARNING:
screwing down by more than 1/8 turn may
damage the gas bottle gasket.
 The display will read the scrolling text: Insert
bottle to continue. Until 35 days of
guaranteed quality.

 Close the gas bottle cover.
