Cleaning
• Wipe the mill with a soft dry cloth.
• Do not immerse the mill in liquid or put it in a dishwasher.
• Do not use cleaning products or detergent.
• Do not insert your fingers or any other object into the grinding mechanism.
• Do not use with wet hands.
• Always keep the mill and its packaging out of the reach of children.
• Keep the mill in a dry place away from heat, dampness or icy conditions.
• The mill should be stored in an upright position.
Trouble-shooting
There are three possible problems:

Faulty light
• Separate the motor compartment
from the salt compartment.
• Clean the contacts.

Replace the motor compartment
on the salt compartment
•Ensure there is salt in the reservoir.
• Try grinding on the coarsest setting.

The motor is weak or is not
working at all
• Replace the batteries (page 6).
• Then, try grinding on the coarsest
setting. If your mill still does not work,
return it to your retailer together with
the guarantee card that was filled in
when it was purchased (page 23), or
with your sales receipt.

household waste.
• It should be disposed of at an appropriate recycling facility or returned to
the retailer. By ensuring that this product is disposed of properly, you will be
helping to prevent negative environmental and health consequences.
• Additionally, please dispose of depleted batteries at a battery disposal facility.

Guarantee
The mill and its electric components are guaranteed for two years from the
date of purchase. The Peugeot grinding mechanism has a lifetime guarantee.
The guarantee does not cover damage and defects resulting from abuse, use
or cleaning not in compliance with the instructions contained in this user guide.
Additionally, it does not cover damages resulting from dropping or knocking
the mill or any other part of the appliance. The guarantee is only in effect if the
appliance is returned to your retailer, accompanied by the guarantee card duly
filled in with the date of purchase and bearing the retailer's signature and
stamp; or an official proof of purchase.
