using the machine. Make sure you have
understood them before operating the
machine for the first time.
Keep both sets of instructions for any
future queries.
1. DESCRIPTION
The RC50T tape cutter is a specially-designed accessory
for mounting and use on the MEB250 table for the
stationary operation of the PEB200 and PEB250 hot
glue edgebander.
Its use enables the edge to be fed from a roll placed on
the loader and for it to be cut to match the exact length
of the board to which the edgeband is being applied.
2. MOUNTING THE ACCESSORY
1. Fasten the loader A (Fig. 1) on the frame of the MEB250,
using the screws provided B (Fig. 1).
2. Fasten the cutter C (Fig. 2) on the table MEB250,
using the screws provided D (Fig. 2) holes provided in
the E (Fig. 3).
3. Place the edge roll F (Fig. 4) on the loader G (Fig. 4).
4. Align the edge H (Fig. 4) on the support square I (Fig. 4).
5. Proceed to apply the edge to the board, keeping in
mind that when the end of the board K (Fig. 5) reaches
the mark found on the intake guide J (Fig. 5), the edge
must be cut by striking the loader handle L (Fig. 5).
3. WARRANTY
All VIRUTEX products have 12 month guarantee valid

from the date of supply. All damages caused by bad
handling or natural wear of the machine are excluded.
For any repair, contact the official VIRUTEX after-sales
service.
VIRUTEX reserves the right to modify its products
without prior notice.

Avant d'utiliser la machine, lisez attenti-
vement ce MANUEL D'INSTRUCTIONS et la
BROCHURE D'INSTRUCTIONS GÉNÉRALES
DE SÉCURITÉ qui vous sont fournis avec
cette machine. Assurez-vous de bien avoir
tout compris avant de commencer à tra-
vailler sur la machine.
Gardez toujours ces deux manuels
d'instructions à portée de la main pour
pouvoir les consulter, en cas de besoin.
1. DESCRIPTION
L'appareil RC50T est un accessoire spécialement conçu
pour être monté et utilisé sur la table MEB250 qui permet
l'emploi comme machine stationnaire de la plaqueuse
de chant à bac à colle PEB200 et PEB250.
Son utilisation permet l'alimentation du chant à partir
du rouleau se trouvant sur le dévidoir et la coupe de
celui-ci à la longueur exacte du panneau à plaquer.
2. MONTAGE DE L'ACCESSOIRE
1. Fixer le dévidoir A (Fig. 1) sur le châssis de la MEB250
en utilisant les vis prévues à cet effet B (Fig. 1).
2. Fixer l'appareil à couper les chants C (Fig. 2) sur la
table MEB250 en utilisant les vis prévues à cet effet D
(Fig. 2) trous prévus dans le E (Fig. 3).
3. Poser le rouleau F (Fig. 4) de chant sur le dévidoir
G (Fig. 4).
4. Mettre face à face le chant H (Fig. 4) sur l'équerre
d'appui I (Fig. 4).
5. Procéder au placage du panneau, sans oublier que
lorsque la fin du panneau K (Fig. 5) arrive sur le repère
se trouvant sur le guide d'entrée J (Fig. 5), il faut couper
le chant en donnant un coup sec sur la manette du
dévidoir L (Fig. 5).
3. GARANTIE
Tous les produites VIRUTEX out une garantie de 12
mois à dater du jour de leur livraison, qui ne couvre
pas les dommages ocasionnés par des manipulations
