Parts of the appliance:
– Remove all packing material and any labels.
– Before using the appliance for the first time, wash the griddle (A) and the drip tray
(H) with hot water and a mild detergent (washing-up liquid). Dry both parts
thoroughly.
– Install the drip tray (H).
– Install the griddle with non-stick coating (A) over the heat deflector plate (B) and
the heater (D), making sure both are perfectly aligned with the plate (B). It is
important that the temperature sensor (C) is in contact with the griddle (A). Rotate
