TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The device cannot be
started.
The machine makes
noises during training.
The remote control
does not work.
The device stops
suddenly.
The device does not
work.
Possible cause
The power plug is not
plugged in.
The device is not
switched on.
The fuse is blown.
Normal noises
generated by
the motor or the
abrasion between the
mechanical units.
The batteries are
empty.
The remote control is
too far away from the
unit.
The training time has
expired.
Too many commands
were sent to the device
by the remote control.
Possible solutions
Plug the power plug
into the socket.
Turn the device on.
Check your fuses.
Noises during training
are normal and do not
constitute a defect in
the product.
Replace the batteries.
Move the remote
control closer to the
unit.
Wait 10 minutes and
then restart.
Turn the unit off and
restart it.
