MOTOR AND CONTROLLER OVERHEATING

The motor and controller are equipped with thermal protection limits.
The engine temperature limit is 135°C. When the engine reaches this temperature,
the power will be reduced. As the temperature drops, all power becomes available
again.
Cooling from 135 to 75°C should take less than 5 minutes.
To reduce overheating, be sure to maintain a high speed when climbing. Speeds
between 25 and 30 km/h are ideal for efficiency. Climbing at a speed of less than 10
km/h without pedaling will produce the most heat.

OTHER FAULTS

1.

CHAIN NOISE

Check the tension and lubrication.
Change the chain and the sprocket every 1500 km or every 2 years in all terrain.
Check the operation of the chain tensioner return spring.
2.

SOFT BRAKE LEVERS

If the operation of the brake levers does not allow satisfactory braking or if the
action of the levers becomes insufficient, the adjustment of the clearance at the
level of the levers must be checked.
Using an Allen key, re-tighten the adjustment screw located between the lever and
the handlebar until the desired clearance is obtained.
If this is not enough, it may be necessary to change the pads and bleed the brakes.
See the pad change section.
3.

N MODE REMAINS ACTIVATED

If you have problems with N mode which remains abnormally blocked, please
check the stand sensor.
4. 30H ERROR
There is a communication problem between the screen and the controller.
Check that the USB cable is not connected to the controller. Check the condition of
the display connector. Turn off the battery for 15 seconds then restart the system.
