Assembly

Insert the foot with the wheels into the leg and attach it
with the two detent pins as shown in Fig. 1 such that the
central holes of the foot aligns with the outboard holes of
the leg.
Mount the puller to the leg assembly by sliding the hole
in the leg over the 1" shaft opposite the capstan as
shown in Figure 2. Retain it with the 1/4" screw and
washer (or hitch clip if so equipped).

UT2 Cable Pulling System
Slide the boom tube onto the puller and attach with the
detent pin as shown in Fig. 3. Note that the small sheave
should be on the same side as the capstan.
Finally, slide the nose unit into the boom tube and attach it
with a detent pin at the desired length as shown in Fig. 4.
