Extraction tips:

1. One at a time, slowly insert the prepared ingredients.
2. Insert more ingredients after the previously inserted ingredients have been completely
extracted.
3. It is recommended that the extracted juice is consumed within 48 hours after extracting.
4. Depending on the density of the ingredients the extracted juice can gradually show
layers over time.
5. If there is any excessive amount of foam, use a mesh strainer to separate it from the
juice.

15.4 Making sorbet

Use frozen fruit. Let thaw them 5-20 minutes
depending on the amount of fruits.
► The sorbet accessory is only for frozen/thawed fruits.
► Slowly procsess a smaller amount per batch.

15.4.1 Assembling

1. Place base on the table.
2. Firmly insert the compression silicone into the slot below the pulp spout underneath the
juicing bowl.
Please note
► The juicer may leak if not assembled properly.
► Juicer will not operate if parts are not assembled properly.
3. Place the bowl on the base so that its grey arrow lines up with the black arrow on the
base.
4. Place the sorbet accessory into the juicing bowl
ensuring the red dot on the strainer is aligned with
the red dot on the juicing bowl.
5. Place the juicing screw into the sorbet accessory.
Turn and press down on it until it clicks into
place.
Please note
► The juicing screw needs to be locked in place in
order to close the drum lid.
6. Place the feeding tube on the juicing bowl aligning
the red dot on the drum lid with the red dot on the
juicing bowl. Turn clockwise to close.
Please note
► For easy assembly hold the drum lid by grabbing
the feeding tube and turn clockwise as shown in
the illustration.
