4. In order to adjust the handle and the rest height, loosen the two
wing nuts on the frame by turning them anti-clockwise (see
Illustration). Remove the two screws one after the other and
firmly hold the handle. Adjust the height (see Illustration) and

To lock the parking brake, press the brake lever
down. To release the brake, pull the brake lever
upward.
7. In order to fold up the walking frame, remove the
tray and the netting. Firmly hold the walking frame
by the handle with the brakes applied and pull the
lower black strut upwards (see Illustration).
Safety Advice
1. Never use a defective walking frame!
2. Do not use the walking frame if the brakes are
defective and check them for their correct function
before every use!
3. The walking frame is not a wheelchair nor a transport vehicle, but exclusively an aid
to walking.
4. The tray and the netting must only be loaded with a maximum of 5 kg each.
5. Regularly check the walking frame for wear and tear and damage. Have damaged
parts replaced by your specialist dealer.
6. Check the tightness of the fasteners and the correct height setting.
7. The Actimo® Home is intended for indoor use.

Cleaning
The Zimmer frame should be cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals (absolutely
necessary when changing user). Use a mild soap solution without scouring additives. The
disinfection can be carried out using a commercially available agent in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions, for example, Descosept AF. Do not use abrasive or caustic
cleaning agents, high pressure or steam cleaners! Ensure that no dirt builds up on the tyres
or the brakes. This can be removed with a soft brush and warm water.
