Installation position
Vertical version
To ensure the correct function, the Caramatic DriveTwo safety gas pressure regulation device
must:
•
be tightly screwed onto a stable wall / ceiling (with 2 screws – not included in the delivery),
• be installed vertically on a stable wall or horizontally on the ceiling of the gas cylinder crate,
depending on the version,
• the trigger element must always sit in a vertical position (see arrow above),
• the installation direction must be observed. This is indicated by an arrow on the safety gas
pressure regulation device.
Correct
The Caramatic DriveTwo safety gas pressure regulation device must be installed so that the
hose connections are at the highest position; at least above the cylinder valve.
To prevent re-liquefied gas getting into the regulator, this pressure regulator may not be
installed lower than the tank or cylinder valve. Pipes and hoses that are connected to the inlet
connector of the pressure regulator must have a constant downward incline to the tank or
cylinder.
