Usage

WARNING
Only use self-contained underwater breathing apparatus com-
plying with the standard EN 250:2014 and marked „EN 250 A"
as an escape device by more than one user at the same time.
WARNING
If self-contained underwater breathing apparatus are configu-
red for and used by more than one user at the same time, do
not use in depth greater than 30 m and in water temperatures
o
less than 10 C.

4 Usage
WARNING
Do not reach into the breathing connection opening on the
regulator so as not to damage the internal components.
4.1

Preparation for use

CAUTION
Safety system required!
To operate this device, it is essential to connect a safety
system, e.g.: pressure gauge, or diving computer with
pressure sensor for cylinder pressure.
The safety system must
conform to DIN EN 250:2014,

be suitable for 7/16 UNF connector (sealed by O-ring),

be designed for operating pressures of up to 300 bar /

4500 psi.
NOTICE
A safety system fitted between pressure valve and pressure
reducer, e.g. a reserve circuit, cannot be considered a
substitute for the safety system specified above. It may only
be used as a supplementary aid.
