STAINLESS STEEL CLADDINGS
In order to ensure a proper maintenance and durability of the
stainless steel claddings, it is very important to treat the cabinets
with specific products that clean and at the same time create a pro-
tective barrier on the material.
It is essential to clean any stain as soon as possible, especially if cau-
sed by leftovers.
It is essential not to leave ferrous material on the shelves.
Without a proper maintenance of the stainless steel claddings, the
material can deteriorate and may form permanent stains.
At least every two months clean the condenser from dust, webs, etc.

Take the front grill off and clean with a brush or a vacuum cleaner
(image.7).
This operation is extremely important to assure a good and long
performance of the cabinet!
FOODSTUFFS KEPT IN THE CABINETS

In case of foodstuff leak in the cabinet, the surface of the cabinet

itself has to be quickly and properly cleaned.
If necessary, take away the base shelf, the fans holder plate (with
the intervention of qualified personnel) and clean properly the
tank of the cabinet. Please note that if this operation is not properly
carried out, the foodstuff deteriorated leak could affect the whole
surface of the cabinet.
REPLACEMENT OF THE LIGHTING LAMP
To replace a lamp in case of bad functioning, follow carefully the instructions:
a. Unplug the cabinet
b. Take the plastic protection of the lamp off
c. Turn the fluorescent tube and remove it from its holder
d. Fix the new fluorescent tube and make sure that it is the same of the pre-
vious one.
e. Reassemble the lamp protection

Plug the cabinet in
if the cabinet is supplied with the vertical illumination follow carefully
the instructions:
a. Switch the cabinet off by taking the plug off from the socket.
b. Remove the plastic protection of the neon tube. It is enough to force it
with a finger on the upper part and "peel" it off.
c. Take off the neon tube from the two small supports and, please, pay atten-
tion on how they were fixed in order to fix them again.
d. On the two ends of the neon tube there are two small white supports.
