VEGETABLE VELOUTE

• 1⁄4 onions
• 1 or 2 small potatoes
• 1⁄4 leek
• 1 or 2 carrots
• 1 small handful of green beans or peas.
• 1 organic bouillon cube (or homemade bouillon)
• Salt and pepper
• 300ml spring water
Instructions :
• Wash and peel the vegetables well, then dice them and place them in the bottle
without exceeding the « HOT MAX » limit.
• Cover with water up to 300ml.

• At the end of the cycle if the soup is too thick, add a little hot water and start the

DETOX VEGETABLE SOUP

• 1 or 2 carrots
• 1⁄4 of leeks
• 1⁄4 of fennel
• 1 half celery stalk
• 1 or 2 kale leaves
• 300ml of water
• Chopped turmeric, parsley or coriander.
Instructions :
• Wash and peel the vegetables well, then cut them into small cubes and place them
in the bottle without exceeding the « HOT MAX » limit.
• Cover with water up to 300ml.
• Then start the « SOUP » programme.
• At the end of the cycle, if the soup is too thick, add a little hot water and start the «
SMOOTHIE » function to blend for a few seconds.
• Pour the contents of the bottle into a bowl, then add a little salt and pepper and a little
turmeric and coriander or parsley.

Place your ingredients, always add a liquid, minimum 200ml and maximum 300ml, then
start the « HEAT » programme. At the end of the cycle switch to « SMOOTHIE » mode to
mix for a few seconds and obtain a preparation based on pieces. You can also heat
water or a liquid preparation without necessarily having to mix it.
