This guide aims to explain the main functions of the DEFENDER HYBRID and HYBRID WHITE control pa-
nel. For a more in-depth programming refer to the manual installer available on the website fracarro.com.
PRINCIPLES FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A wIRELESS SYSTEM
To realise an efficient system plan the correct position of the control panel and all wireless devices before
the installation.

TERMINAL bOARD OF THE CONTROL UNIT
1. Don't install the control panel underground. If
not possible, install the control unit in the highest
position.
2. Reduce obstacles between the control

panel and the wireless devices. The type of
construction and the wall thickness will affect
the communication between the control panel
and wireless devices (eg : lighter reduction of the
signal in case of brick wall, higher with a concrete
reinforced wall)
3. Don't install the control unit near objects that
could reflect or absorb radio waves, including

devices that might cause interference. Keep
of the signal
at least 1 meter away from sources with strong
magnetic fields that may cause radio interference

4. Install the unit at an equal distance from all
wireless devices connected. The position of
both the control panel and the wireless devices
greatly affects the performance of the system.
5. If the control panel is installed at a corner
leave at least 5 cm of space for proper ventilation.

Jumper S201:
1) all pins free : open tamper .
2) 1st pin free ; 2nd and 3rd short-circuited: enabled tamper.
3) 1st and 2nd pin short-circuited, 3rd pin free: bypassed
tamper.
Jumper J200:
Jumper for removal tamper, on the rear of the control panel.
Jumper S301:
Jumper for the boot of the control panel.
If 1st and 2nd pin are short-circuited, the control panel at the
first reboot will stand-by.
