The product is suitable for use as a stairlight, cabinet light or
similar.

Only use the product as instructed. Any other use is deemed
improper.

Defects arising due to improper handling, damage or attempts
at repair are excluded from the warranty. This also applies to
normal wear and tear.
Safety Instructions
■
ATTENTION: Risk of suffocation! Keep the packaging away
from the children and pets.
■
ATTENTION: Swallowing batteries poses a risk of death!
Therefore keep batteries and the product out of the reach of
children and pets. Should a battery be swallowed seek medical
help immediately.
■
Before inserting the batteries check that the contacts in the bat-
tery compartment and on the batteries are clean and, if neces-
sary, clean them.
■
Use only the batteries specifi ed in the technical data.
■
Always replace all batteries at the same time. Do not mix differ-
ent types or brands of battery or batteries of varying capacities.
When changing the batteries, ensure that the polarity (+ / –) is
correct.
■
Remove the batteries from the lights if they are used up or if you
are not using the product. This will prevent damage which can
be caused by leakage.
■
If a battery has leaked, avoid contact of the battery acid with
skin, eyes and mucus membranes. In case of contact with bat-
tery acid, rinse the affected area immediately with plenty of
clear water and seek a doctor at once.
■
Take any leaking batteries out of the product immediately.
Clean the contacts before inserting new batteries.
■
The batteries should not be recharged or reactivated by any
other means, taken apart, thrown on a fi re, immersed in liquid
or short-circuited.
■
Only use suitable fastening material to hang up the product. If
you are unsure, please fi rst consult an appropriately qualifi ed
outlet.
■
Hang the product in a place that is safe, secure and dry.
■
Before you drill a hole, ensure that there are no pipes or other
lines beneath the intended drilling site.
■
Children must be supervised in order to ensure that they do not
play with the product.
■
However, do not expose the product to extreme temperatures,
severe changes in temperature, direct sunlight or moisture.
■
This product may not be used in rooms with a high humidity
such as bathrooms.
■
Do not allow the product to fall and do not subject it to severe
percussions.
■
Maintain adequate distance to candles, fi replaces, stovetops or
other fi re and heat sources.
■
Only use the product in enclosed areas.

Ensure that the product does not fall in water or is at risk of
getting wet. When cleaning, dust off the product with a soft,
dry cloth. Heavily laden dirt can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
■
Store the product in an area that is out of the reach of children
and pets and that is not exposed to direct sunlight.
■
In the event the product is defective, do not attempt to repair it
yourself. In the event of damage, contact the customer service.

For each light you need additionally 3 x 1.5 V batteries, type AA.
They are not included in the product contents.
Putting into Operation
The motion detector only works in dark environments.
1. Unpack all parts. Check that the product contents do not ex-
hibit any transport damages. Should you identify any transport
damages, do not use the product (!), instead please promptly
consult the customer service.
2. Open the battery compartment on the back of the light by press-
ing the locking lug down and fl ipping up the battery compart-
ment.
3. Insert 3 x 1.5 V batteries, type AA in the battery compartment.
Make sure the polarity (+/-) is correct. They are not included in
the product contents.
4. Fit the battery compartment cover again and press it down until
it engages audibly.
5. Attach the suspension device at a suitable place. The type of
fastening materials depends on the composition of the wall.
Please also be absolutely sure to observe the safety notes for
installation.
6. If the motion detector recognizes a movement, the light is auto-
matically switched on.
7. The light will automatically switch off after 30 seconds if the mo-
tion detector doesn't recognize a movement anymore.
If the performance of the article diminishes, the batteries should
be replaced.

Disposal
Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally-
friendly manner. It is recyclable. Make it available for the
recyclable material collection-service.
Dispose of the product in an environmentally-friendly man-
ner. It does not belong in the household waste. Dispose
of it at a recycling centre for old electrical and electronic
appliances. For more information, please contact the ad-
ministration in your locality.
The batteries must be removed before disposal of the prod-
uct and disposed of separately. To help protect the envi-
ronment, single-use and rechargeable batteries should not
be disposed of with normal domestic waste but should be
taken to an appropriate collection point. Please observe
the statutory regulations applicable to battery disposal in
your country.
