The unit was manufactured and tested with care. In case it nevertheless shows
defects upon delivery, we give a warranty according to the following conditions:
• During the warranty period of 2 years as of date of purchase, we remove such
defects at our discretion and at our costs by repair (after return to our factory)
or replacement delivery of a defect-free unit.
• Normal wear and tear of wear and tear elements as well as damages caused
by non-adherence to the operating manual, improper use (e.g. unsuitable
power sources, breakages, leaking batteries)
the customer are not covered by the warranty.
Furthermore, the warranty does not establish claims for damages against us.
• Warranty claims can only be asserted during the warranty period and by
presentation of the sales receipt. In case of a warranty claim, please send the
unit jointly with the sales receipt and the description of the complaint to:

• The statutory claims of the purchaser against the seller based on defects in
accordance with §437 BGB [German Civil Code] are not limited.
